In 2011 September 29 was published and introduced biographic book about UAB "Viltekta" of Directors (1999-2008), Vladimir Segal, "The eight digits after the decimal point ... Vladimir Segalis color portrait”. The book collection of colleagues, loved ones memories, reviews of Vladimir, also put his work and photographs of family and friends in the archives.
Presentation took place in conference hall of Forum Palace. Paper presented Leonard Vaitys. Speakers Algimantas Nasvytis, Justinas Šeibokas, Mykolas Kačkanas, Gintaras Čaikauskas, Rolandas Palekas, Tomas Segalis, Nijolė Segalienė.
